The passion for real estate for us is a family story:
Magistrelli Immobiliare was founded in 1992 by Angela and Ugo Magistrelli, who take up the teachings of their parents, Milena and Franco, who since the 1980s had started the business of Agenzia Immobiliare e Finanziaria, after managing one of Cirié’s first car dealerships for years.
A small office in the center of the country and so much enthusiasm were the basis for the start of an activity that, over time, has been able to grow, transform and renew, thanks to the valuable contribution of all those who have alternated and added to the two founding members.
More than 30 years have passed since 1992. Instead of the small office, our current headquarters was built, built by the renovation of the premises of the former Cinema Italia, and a phase of great growth and renewal has begun that has not been interrupted. Today, with the arrival of the third generation, Magistrelli Immobiliare is a close-knit team of 10 people, coming from different experiences and with various formations, all united by the same values and passion for this work.
